When you place an order

Shipping address
Product, material, color, and any customization notes you provide
Order amount and date

Payment details (card number, CVV, billing address) are entered directly on Stripe's secure checkout page and are never seen or stored by us. See Section 4 for more on Stripe.

When you submit the contact form

Name, email address, and phone number
The fact that you reached out, and when

Message content is sent to us by email but is not stored in our database.

We do not use your information for advertising, sell it to third parties, or share it with anyone except as described in Section 4.

4. Third-Party Services

Stripe (Payment Processing)

Checkout is handled by Stripe. When you purchase, you are redirected to Stripe's hosted checkout page. Stripe collects and processes your payment details under their own privacy policy. We receive a confirmation of the completed transaction but never receive your full card number or CVV.

Email

Order notifications and contact form submissions are delivered to us via email. Your email address may pass through our email provider's servers in transit.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or third-party pixels. We do not use any fingerprinting or behavioral tracking technology. The site does not set any cookies for public visitors.

6. Data Retention

We retain order and contact records for as long as reasonably necessary to support our business operations, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. If you would like your data removed, please email us at [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.

This is not a standard policy disclaimer — it is a binding personal commitment. No future version of this privacy policy will be permitted to retroactively authorize the sale of data collected under this version. If you provided us your information while this guarantee was in effect, that data is permanently off the table, regardless of any future changes to this document.

If ownership of PeakView Prints ever changes hands, this guarantee travels with the data. Any successor must honor it for information collected under this policy, or the data must be deleted before the transfer.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. The Privacy Guarantee in Section 9 is exempt from this — it cannot be weakened or removed by any future update.
