By placing an order or otherwise using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

2. What We Offer

PeakView Prints is a small 3D printing service based in the United States. We produce made-to-order FDM prints from our own catalog and, where accepted, from customer-supplied design files. Every order is produced individually upon purchase.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment provider. By completing checkout you agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to these terms. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change at any time without notice. The price displayed at the time of checkout is the price you will be charged.

4. All Sales Are Final

Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Please review your order details carefully before completing checkout.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to make it right.

5. Customer-Supplied Files

We accept customer-supplied STL and compatible design files for printing. By submitting a file you represent and warrant that:

• You own the design or have the legal right to have it printed.
• The file does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or patents.
• The intended print does not violate any applicable law.

We reserve the right to decline any order or file at our sole discretion. We will not produce prints that are intended to function as weapons or weapon components, that violate intellectual property rights, that depict illegal content, or that we otherwise deem inappropriate. No explanation is owed for a declined order, and any payment already processed will be refunded in full.

6. Shipping

We ship to addresses provided at checkout. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address. Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

7. Taxes

All listed prices exclude applicable taxes. We collect sales tax on orders shipped to destinations where we are required to do so by law. For orders shipped elsewhere, you are responsible for any use tax or other taxes your jurisdiction imposes on the purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

All original content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product designs created by PeakView Prints — is our property and may not be reproduced or used without permission. Printing a product from our catalog for personal use does not transfer any intellectual property rights in the underlying design.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PeakView Prints shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or any products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which PeakView Prints operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The updated version will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
